Introduction

Welcome to Go-Get-It (GGI), the online platform for the Namaqualand Treasure Hunt. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Go-Get-It website, including any subdomains such as x.Go-Get-It.org, and all related entities, individuals, groups, and forums associated with this project.

Notify GGI immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not transfer your account without our written approval.

The Services may contain user-generated content (“Your Content”). GGI does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content to the Services, you represent that you have the necessary rights to grant GGI a license to use that Content.
You retain ownership of Your Content but grant GGI a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display Your Content.
GGI may remove Your Content at its discretion, especially if it violates these Terms or our Content Policy.

5. Third-Party Content, Advertisements, and Promotions

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (“Third-Party Content”). GGI is not responsible for Third-Party Content.
Sponsored Third-Party Content or advertisements may appear on the Services. GGI is not liable for these advertisements.

You must comply with these Terms and applicable laws when using GGI.
Prohibited actions include interfering with the Services, accessing another user’s account without permission, distributing harmful software, violating intellectual property rights, and more.

7. Moderators

Moderators are volunteers and not agents of GGI. GGI may revoke moderator status at any time.
Moderators must follow specific rules, including taking appropriate action on reported content.
GGI reserves the right to overturn moderator actions if deemed necessary.

8. Copyright, Trademark, DMCA, and Takedowns

Also see point 12 below: GGI respects intellectual property rights and will remove infringing material.
If you believe your copyright or trademark rights have been violated, contact hq@go-get-it.org.
Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may result in liability.

9. Paid Services and Payment Information

Some Services, such as Access Passes and Virtual Goods, may require payment.
